Hello Folks,
It was expected by many, it was hoped for by most (but especially us and the Axbergs) ... yes folks, we FINALLY closed on the house. It took forever to get too. Now that it is all said and done, we are home owners at last. Rebekah & I are excited, overwhelmed, relieved and very thankful to God.
Time is short ...
God is good!

Closing on the house and THE MOVE!!!

Jack and I work on our latest top secret project. Stay tuned ... all will be revealed in time.

A little stale eating buddy?

After months of searching, hours of research, braving storms, snow, ice, sleet, dragons, pits, despair, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters chases, escapes, true love, miracles and so much more, it was finally .... FINALLY time to close on our house (slight exaggeration for dramatic emphasis)

Jack is passed around to all the realtors to squeeze and cuddle

I would like to take this moment to say to my dear wife .... I LOVE YOU! This girl did it all. While I was away at work having fun mowing and cleaning gutters and getting home way too late, she and her connections got everything packed up and ready to roll.

The chaos of moving

Somebody gotta take a wizz?

Of course, we mustn't forget Jack

Moving day at last

For some reason, the only shot of these two great guys was one with both eyes closed. Since I couldn't leave them out of the coverage of this very important day, this shot must therefore go on

Hello Folks,
Life has been busy. At times I can either shoot it or live it. More and more I must choose the option of living it. What few photo's I have, I hope you enjoy.
Could we be new home owners? Next week may tell!
As Always,

Book recommendation of the week ...
I know it might sound goofy, but I think the idea of communicating with those who are very very young tells them we are taking them seriously. My wife has really enjoyed learning from this book ...

Ok! Enough of the glamor shots ... let's PLAY! (sorry, but I didn't risk my camera in the melee)

Sunday at the Arboretum

Visiting the Arnold Arboretum (Click here for info) and checking out my tree of the year the Eastern Redbud. What is so cool about this tree is that the buds come all along the branches and THEN only THEN the leaves come out at the tips. Isn't that AMAZING!?!? Well how about really neat? Cool? Kinda sorta neat? Well, SOMEBODY has got to appreciate this kinda thing.

Jack isn't quite impressed by the Wisteria

Tucked away in that perfect spot, we rest, and talk ... but mostly rest. It's days like today that makes Sundays so perfect.

Jack chill'n out

Art ... it's just EVERYWHERE

Lilacs of every type and description

So many options!

With my head full of all the beauty the trees have to offer, I can only wait until I have the property to begin to shape it into something great
